Bloc Term of Service
Important: PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. THIS TERM & CONDITIONS INITIATED THE LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND BLOC. BY USING THE SERVICE AS DEFINED BELOW YOU, WE ASSUME THAT YOU HAVE READ, AND ACKNOWLEDGE THE TERM OF USE AS STATED BELOW.
In order to use the the service as provided by Bloc, you must agree the term of use and any future additions to the Term of Use as published from occasionally.
1. Contractual Relationship
With the end goal of these Term of Use, the context “You” or “User” refers to the any legal inBoxidual who has acknowledged on the application by giving registration data while enrolling on the service. The term “Us”, “We” refers to the company that provide the service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are not allowed to access into our platform. The informations in this app and website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark
2. Service
The service comprises of technological platform that allows users to simply deliver their favorite dishes or convenience they want by connecting them with partnered merchants and our driver partners.
Upon the acceptance of booking, merchants have the right to see your basic info such as your NAME, Address, and Phone Number. In addition to that, merchants can contact you for specific details related to the delivery address, ordering information or anything that related to the process of booking.
Bloc has the right to access create and edit merchant information if necessary.
3. Accounts and membership
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Mobile Application. By using this Mobile Application and by agreeing to this Agreement you warrant and represent that you are at least 13 years of age. If you create an account in the Mobile Application, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with it. Providing false contact information of any kind may result in the termination of your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security. We will not be liable for any acts or omissions by you, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions.
Bloc does not own any restaurants or any merchant partners that are listed in the platform. We do not resell the products nor control our merchant partners. You understand that any request you make will be liable to item accessibility and coverage serviceability of our merchant partners and our delivery service provider.
4. Payment Terms
-Price(a) User must acknowledge that the price listed inside our platform may differ from the actual price listed by our merchant partners.\n(b) You are responsible for all transaction taxes on the service provided under this agreement.
-Ordering from two different merchants at the same time means that user must pay for two different delivery fee.
-Promotional ActivityWe might occasionally make promotional offers regarding the use of our service. Despite that, the promotion may differ from users to users.
-Refund is not eligible after completed payment.
-Payment Method:User must pay for the order by the methods depicted in the platform.
-Company may change the fare over time.
5. Booking Cancellation
User are not allowed to cancel the booking once the request has accepted by our merchant partners.
User is responsible for order payment when:
a.You cancel the order once our merchant partner has accepted the order.
b.You fail to show up at the designed deliver location.
c.You are not reachable after 10 mins from the time our driver has arrived your location.
Bloc and our merchant partners have the right to reject the transaction in the following scenario:
-The request location is out of our coverage zone.
-The items you request could be unavailable or out of stock at the time of booking
6. Internet Delay
This service has some limitations due to the faults occured from the use of INTERNET, electronic device used by either merchants, drivers and or user. Bloc is not responsible for the any delays, booking failure or other problems caused by these factors.
7. Account Termination
You fully understand and agree that we have and reserve the full right to terminate or suspend User’s account if user attempt to breach any of the terms mention above and herein or for any other reason as per our wariness.
8. Text Messages
By agreeing to register into our platform, you acknowledge that our services will send you SMS as part of normal business operations
9. Disclaimer
We do not responsible or warrant regarding the reliability, timeliness, quality, suitability or availability of the service or products requested via the use of the service or when the service will be interspersed by factors. We are not guarantee the quality, suitability, timeliness of the third party providers. We do not warrant on the accuracy of the materials inside the app such as the location, pictures or any other information inside the app.
10. Restriction
User are not allowed to:
-Remove any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices from any part of our service.
-Reproduce, change , devise , derivative works in our service
-Link to, mirror or frame any part of the service without the permission from our company.
-Try to have unauthorized access to compromise any part of the services or system and network related.
11. Backups
We are not responsible for content residing in the Mobile Application. In no event shall we be held liable for any loss of any Content. It is your sole responsibility to maintain appropriate backup of your Content. Notwithstanding the foregoing, on some occasions and in certain circumstances, with absolutely no obligation, we may be able to restore some or all of your data that has been deleted as of a certain date and time when we may have backed up data for our own purposes. We make no guarantee that the data you need will be available.
12. Conduct
User fully understand and agree that user may only access and use the platform for lawful purposes only. User are fully responsible for the knowledge and adherence to all laws, rules and regulations to use our platform.
